Klarvy keeps your notes, tasks, projects, and people in one place.
Klarvy Advisor helps align what you do with where you want to go.
Your data stays on your machine, private and offline by default.
Most productivity tools help you capture what you plan to do and what you have done. Klarvy Advisor helps you understand what it means and what matters, relative to your career and life goals.
Klarvy Advisor works precisely because the productivity part of the tool is genuinely useful. You will use it as you work and think. Over time, the synthesis of all the inputs becomes a clear view of your life's trajectory.
The Advisor reflects on what you've done, what still needs doing, and helps align your focus, energy and time with where you want to go -- on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence -- to check whether your time allocation is aligned with the person you desire to become.
Klarvy comes in two versions. Both are a one-time purchase -- no subscription, no expiration, no login, no data in the cloud. Download and own forever.
Klarvy Advisor is identical to Klarvy but with the AI Advisor feature enabled. Bring your own Anthropic API key (we'll show you how) and run as many Reflections as you want.
I have found Klarvy Advisor invaluable and I think you will too. Bring your own Anthropic API key (we'll show you how) and run as many AI Advisor Reflections as you want.
Klarvy ships improvements periodically. Be sure you check back for the latest version.
I started building Klarvy because I wanted a productivity app to replace my old-school spiral notebook and simplistic checklists.
I would take notes by hand, star TO DO items. The problem: the old spiral notebook wasn't searchable.
I looked for a better tool but found most productivity apps were either too simplistic or overly complicated. I didn't want to login to use it. I didn't want another username and password. I didn't want my private data in the cloud. And I didn't want a monthly recurring fee. I just wanted a responsive app with a clean design that accomplished the mission and ignored all the extras.
So I built exactly what I wanted... a tool to take notes (in meetings, about ideas, or just to journal), associate them with people and projects, and record related tasks.
I began using the app myself and found real productivity. But it really crossed into new territory with the addition of Klarvy Advisor -- a personal Board of Directors for your life... to help ensure your time allocation aligns with your broader goals of the person you wish to become.
A lot of iterations went into this. In fact, I will never gain in productivity the hours I have spent creating Klarvy... but my hope is that you will.
More iterations will come. There are surely a few bugs to fix and some new ideas to implement, with your suggestions.
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
